Maybe have a service were members can post if they are interested working on a forum or so. Like STAFF APPLICATION: Description: My forum needs what so ever staff and so on. The way you're saying everything, sounds a bit harsh you know? Drogba wants to hear/see/listen to member's ideas, and that's what I'm doing. I have put my forum to advertise but yet has not been accepted by drogba, okay?
