Why dont you actually make a Support forum, for The Support Moderators, instead of placing in the Suggestion & Feedback forum?

Oh, I didn't knew that. Sorry, then why have a Support Moderators? Simply combine them with: Moderators. But it's really up to you. If you wish to close this, go for it.

I'll leave it open for voting, but basically why I have both is that Moderators are like Global Moderators, they can moderate every forum. Support Moderators can only moderate about 50% of that. Support Mods are like training camp for Global Wink

Ah, I see what you mean. Besides the group, why not actually have a forum called "Support" instead of placing the problems of members in the Suggestion and Feedback forum. (I hope you see my point of view). But like I said just my point of view. Your forum, your decisions.

Support forum will eventually be a good idea if we get enough members for it. Post forum suggestions in the sticky thread in here Wink I want places where you guys can get as many points as possible, so this may be a good idea.

Oh, I see were you heading too. You do have a point. We'll just wait until more members join. (It'll be a lot more organized, if you think about it). Thank you Drogba. Now I undestand your future plans. Then, I guess will leave it open?

I've read this several times trying to get a better understanding of what it is you want. If you are referring to a forum where only Moderators can view and post in it why in the world would you make this a poll for everyone to vote in? Do you think regular members want the moderators to have there own private posting section? They don't care. I think its great and more meaningful to have a section like this for 'everyone' to view and post in. Something like what you are suggesting is not necessary and only serves to make staff members feel important. Its a stuck-up attitude that anyone feels they need there own private posting area for there management position away from everyone else. There is no bigger turn-off to a forum than seeing a bunch of management pricks strutting around like they are better than everyone else. You're not staff why do you care anyway?

I think things are fine just the way they are. We don't need more examples of management power making this place like a over controlled prison. We don't need too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. We don't need to over manage what is already a good thing.

We don't need to close or lock topics in discussion areas like your query above.

First of all sorry, if it's hard to understand what im trying to say. But English isn't my first language. I'm not referring to a private forum for Staff. If you actually pay close attention, I'm talking about a Support forum, for members. I don't care if Staff Members have their private room or not, I careless. Wow, kid you have issues and lots of attitude. " You're not staff why do you care anyway?" Wtf are you talking about, kid?

You completely didn't understand anything, I have no idea were you got a private staff room out of? Wow, I honestly don't really know what to say to you.

What I was talking about was, A Support Forum, for members and their queries, that way the "Support" Moderators can actually be called support moderators.

First of all you should learn to write proper English, and second I'm not a kid. The only issues I have are with people like you that don't make themselves clear and try to tell others what they should do.

I think you worry too much about how others run there sites. Why don't you deal with your own site first.

Mrs. Chivas you're the one with an attitude problem, you come on other peoples sites telling them how they should run them with your "Staff" BS. All you think about is "Staff" positions giving little or no thought to anything else.
